I worked with CEO & CFO on detailed resourcing model to improve understanding of staff utilisation during variable (covid related) attendance. Working as part of a team, we helped to review, and simplify over 270 credit policies whilst working across many divisions within the bank. Working with many key stakeholders, the team ensured that the new policies met both the high standard required by business stakeholders whilst also achieving a high rating based on established success simplification metrics.

Energy Australia is an electricity generation, electricity and gas retailing private company in Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based and listed CLP Group. Working as a internal business analyst I was part of a leading project to help embed pre-emptive compliance controls into key sales processes. I was responsible for develop detailed process maps, working directly with the compliance team to identify key risks. I also worked with the business to implement improvement initiatives, developing new documentation and consulting with frontline staff.
