Austin worked as a managing consultant for a top tier consulting firm, before providing consulting to a number of private clients. 

 

Austin has been actively involved, and lead, a number of successful projects, where he's skills in business analysis, process re-engineering, project implementation and change management were highly regarded and utilised. In these assignments, Austin worked with key senior executives to rapidly capture the required detail to build foundational quantitative analysis. 

 

Austin has a proactive style, combined with strong stakeholder management skills, which has resulted in excellent outcomes for his clients.

Austin's background is in engineering and product commercialisation, previously working for a Government owned subsidiary start-up, working to commercialise the development IoT/monitoring products to water utilities in a external markets in Australia, New Zealand and US.
